Some features of Custmax require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You agree not to use Custmax for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or interfere with its operation.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Custmax are owned by Custmax or its licensors. You may use generated code for your own projects, but you may not resell or redistribute the platform or its content without permission.
Custmax uses AI to generate code and website content. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated output before use. Custmax is not liable for any errors or issues arising from AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Custmax at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.
Custmax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Custmax after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Please review this page periodically for updates.
